bluetooth_bd_addr: add service to load bluetooth address from firmware

On Edison the bluetooth controller receives a default address, that is
blacklisted. This service sets the public bd_addr to the address in
/factory/bluetooth_address which is unique for each Edison.
While here discard bluetooth_attach.service as this is no longer needed.
